What I wanted was a checklist of all the things I needed to do to build a successful business.
I am the first to admit that I'm a systems geek, but in this case my systems thinking helped me make sense of how business works—and what I needed to do to have a successful business. It took a couple of years to figure out, fine-tune and polish, but now I have it and I'm happy to share it with you.
The Tornado Method is a checklist of all the things you need for a successful business.
But it's a lot more:

- It breaks things up into smaller parts so it's easier to understand.
- You can use it to troubleshoot your business.
- And you can use it to decide where to focus next.
