How to get help
During the setup process, I will be in touch multiple times per week to let you know how things are going and remind you of what you need to do.
Outside of that, there are three ways to get help:
1. Check this documentation
If you can find the information you need, and you’re willing to try it yourself, great.
2. Email me
If the information isn’t there, or you’re not comfortable with doing it yourself, email me. I’m always happy to help.
I read and respond to emails three times a day between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm my local time.
3. Text me
As a last resort, if things are crashing down and you need help urgently, text me on +1 (403) 607-9992.
I tend not to carry my phone around outside of working hours, so my response may not be immediate. Also note that my phone is set to block unknown callers, but text messages do get through.
